COVID-19 Payment Plan

At this time, because of the Governor's Proclamation #20-23, the District is not charging late fees or shut off fees; and is not shutting off water service due to non-payment. This will be subject to change in the future, depending on the expiration or extension of the Governor's Proclamation.

We understand that customers may fall behind on bills, due to complications arising from the COVID-19 Pandemic. If you are, or have been, affected by the pandemic, we are available to work with you to set-up payment arrangements to prevent unpaid balances from getting out of control.
